At GoGo Kefir our mission is to provide products, information, and support that will empower people to lead a gut healthy life style. Our products include live and dehydrated milk and water Kefir grains and our amazing sourdough starter. All products are raw, vegan, and GMO free.

What exactly are kefir grains? Although they are referred to as “grains”, these are actually colonies of live bacteria and yeast. Sometimes referred to as SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). We also like to refer to them as a powerhouse of nutritious, delicious goodness.
